Although Warren’s foundations in yachting were planted at an early age, his entry into the commercial sector began in 1994 when he joined the UK Sailing Academy to achieve the licenses required to operate larger yachts that were available for charter. His progress throughout the years has continued and the experience he has gained along the way has positioned him as an expert in most elements of his yachting vocation.

Elizabeth joined the yachting industry in 2002 and has had the opportunity to serve a handful of the rich and famous with her culinary delights throughout her career as a yacht chef. After winning several yacht chef competitions she moved on to being a food critic and competition judge. Her latest goal is the completion of her first cookbook which she plans to launch in 2016. The book is a tribute to her vast experience as a yacht chef and her ability in preparing 5-Star international cuisine wherever she is anchored. As a yacht broker, her focus is finding customers a beautiful yacht and crew that will provide a superior service and gastronomic experience. She will work closely with you to ensure that everything is prepared exactly the way you expect it. This is especially helpful when planning events, celebrations or simply a superior experience aboard a yacht. Her recommended destinations for a gastromonically focused yachting vacation are the Caribbean, Italy, Greece and Turkey. Katie began her professional career as a deckhand on a 145ft tall ship in her late teens. From the age of 20, she spent the next 14 years running charter yachts, private yachts, racing and delivering sailing yachts of all shapes and sizes, in the capacity of first mate and chef. Her yachting experience includes sailing in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Red Sea as well as transatlantic deliveries. This experience gives Katie a valuable insight into shipboard life and the importance of a good crew. She knows how to recognize a well maintained and operated vessel and will ensure that her clients are matched with a yacht well-suited to their needs. Her departure from the onboard aspect of yachting naturally led Katie to the yacht brokerage side of the business where she now shares her wealth of knowledge with our customers who are searching for larger yachts to charter worldwide. Katie comments, “I enjoy working closely with my customers to find the perfect yacht in the destination of their dream, creating the ultimate experience”. She specializes in keeping abreast of what is current on the market and states; “There is always something new in the marine industry: a new yacht, a hidden destination gem, even a new restaurant that I know a client would appreciate”. Presently Katherine divides her time between Florida and the picturesque village of Chester, Nova Scotia, Canada.
